In Tyler's Own Words

"I was taught early that a reputation in real estate is earned one family at a time."

My parents have been active in Texas real estate for over two decades. But once I got to college, I knew the traditional corporate ladder wasn’t for me. I wanted to help real people build wealth and find security. I earned my real estate license at 21 years old and began doing property management while finishing school.

Because my parents believed in genuine character over handouts, I wasn’t handed easy leads. I answered phones, handled repair complaints, and chased feedback on existing listings. It wasn’t until several years in that I was allowed to represent sellers directly. I am grateful for that grind every single day—it taught me humility and respect for every dollar a client trusts me with.

Building Harding Group Properties & The "Doctor's Appointment" Model

At age 30, I obtained my Texas Broker's license and opened my own independent brokerage, Harding Group Properties LLC. Over the years, I've seen how busy agents burn out and stop giving their clients real attention.

"I think of client relationships kind of like a doctor: you schedule a dedicated time with me, and I give you my 100% undivided attention. No rushed calls while driving, no pawning you off to someone who just got their license yesterday."

Today, I close approximately 20 homes and over $5 million in sales each year. More importantly, I am a family man with a young son, living right here in the community I serve. When we work together, you get honest advice, direct communication, and a tireless advocate.
